Parameter names and methods are listed in the Scope 01 tables, translated from the certificate annexes. For sampling-only parameters our team takes the samples; they are analysed by partner laboratories and the results are included in our report.

How we work

  1. Quotation and plant dataWe quote on the number of stacks, fuel/raw materials and capacity; plant data and documents are collected through the client portal.
  2. Site surveySampling points, working platform, sampling ports and stack geometry are checked on site.
  3. Sampling planParameters, methods, team and instruments are planned for each stack, and the measurement is notified.
  4. Field measurementsIsokinetic sampling and gas measurements are carried out with calibrated instruments; field records go into our measurement forms.
  5. Analysis and data checksFilters are weighed and samples analysed; raw data are checked before reporting.
  6. ReportingResults are compared with SKHKKY limit values and reported with their measurement uncertainty.

What you receive

  • Main report, annexes and summary report
  • Comparison with limit values and statement of measurement uncertainty
  • Reports shared through the client portal

Sheet 04Measurement and modelling

Measurements and Modelling for EIA

EIA reports are prepared by organisations holding a Ministry competence certificate for EIA. Our laboratory does not prepare EIA reports; we take on the measurement and modelling part of the process and provide EIA consultants and investors with measurement data and modelling reports that can be annexed to the EIA report.

Legal basis
EIA Regulation · SKHKKY
Measurements
PM10 (TS EN 12341) · deposited dust (TS 2342), accredited
Output
Report formatted as an EIA annex

How we support

  1. Scope and monitoring planSampling points, parameters and durations are set to meet the EIA file requirements, in coordination with the EIA consultant.
  2. Baseline measurementsAir quality is measured at the project site and in its area of influence (PM10, deposited dust, passive SO₂ · NO₂).
  3. Emission inventory and modellingAir quality dispersion modelling is run for construction and operation scenarios, and the results are compared with regulatory limit values.
  4. Report annexesMeasurement and modelling reports are formatted as EIA annexes and revised in line with authority comments.

One source of data

When baseline measurements, emission data and modelling come from the same laboratory, the data chain stays unbroken: measurement uncertainty carries through to the model consistently and responses to authority comments are faster.

Environmental noise measurement and acoustic modelling are outside our scope.
